Terms of Service

Effective June 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aster Command, a Discord-integrated support-operations dashboard and the associated Discord application (the “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must have a valid Discord account and the authority to install or configure the Service for any Discord server (“guild”) on which you enable it. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service in violation of any law or of the Discord Terms of Service and Developer Policy;
attempt to access data belonging to guilds you are not authorized to administer;
interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure;
resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

3. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the data we process and your rights. By configuring channels for monitoring, you confirm you have the authority to permit the Service to read content from those channels.

4. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aster Command shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the application from your guild. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, the data deletion process described in the Privacy Policy applies.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
